Skills

The Skills tab lists the fleet’s shared skills — “we share skills, not just memories” made visible. It fetches /api/skills, the same artifact store corral sync reads and writes, and shows each skill as a name, path, and one-line description. This is the whole fleet’s canonical set (what every synced member can use), not any one agent’s private equip list — the same honest scope as the fleet-skills section of the agent inspector.

A skill lands here the same way a memory entry does: an approved learning-loop proposal writes it to the artifact store, and corral sync carries it to every member of the fleet. See memory tiers and the learning loop for how a finding becomes a skill in the first place.
